We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to support a significant cloud transformation initiative for a leading telecommunications and IT services provider in Switzerland. This opportunity allows you to work within a modern, innovation-driven environment, directly contributing to the design and implementation of a cloud-native Azure landscape for a major client in the financial sector.

Your Role

You will be part of a cross-functional team dedicated to cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational excellence. If you possess strong experience with Azure, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps tools, this project offers both technical depth and strategic importance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure a new Azure Cloud environment for an enterprise customer.
• Define, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions.
• Actively participate in the onboarding of a new client during a cloud migration project.
• Assume selected operational tasks within the Azure environment.
• Support the execution of Swisscom’s Azure cloud strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile and innovative setting.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science (EFZ/FH/HF) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Microsoft Azure Associate-level certifications.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud-native platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Terraform, Linux, Bash, and container environments.
• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B1), both spoken and written.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Terragrunt and networking technologies (e.g., IP subnetting).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Independent and team-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
