Your Impact
In this role, you will play a vital part in leading audits for clients across various sectors, including agribusiness, manufacturing, automotive, and utilities.
- Audit Expertise: Lead audits for diverse clients spanning multiple industries.
- Integrated Audits: Conduct integrated audits for companies that prepare financial statements according to United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and those that file with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Statutory Audits: Oversee statutory audits for companies preparing financial statements in compliance with Swiss law.
- Private Company Audits: Manage audits of private companies that adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Non-Financial Reporting: Handle audits of non-financial reports, including ESG audits.
- Deliver Results: Prepare audit files for Partner review and assist in presenting findings to management or the Board of Directors.
- Client Relationships: Develop new and enhance existing relationships, offering technical accounting support to clients.
- Own Your Development: Take charge of your responsibilities, flexibility, and professional growth.
Your Skill Set
- Experience: 6-8 years of demonstrable experience in a similar capacity at a Big 4 firm.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
- Certification: Hold a US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Audit Management: Experience in managing large, multi-location audits and effectively overseeing client and network firm interactions.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with senior management across local, regional, and corporate levels.
- Team Player: Collaborative team member capable of reporting effectively to Partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
