The Opportunity

As an Audit professional, you will gain deep insights into the financial concepts of various service providers and develop influential relationships at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the audits of consolidated and annual financial statements for national and international large enterprises and SMEs, as well as regulatory and special audits.
• Evaluate processes and internal controls in key business areas of our clients within an integrated audit approach.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to be accountable for reporting audit results to the Board of Directors and management.
• Serve as a central contact for clients, continuously strengthening client relationships.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the professional development of team members, contributing significantly through on-the-job coaching.
• Drive the digitalization of auditing at client locations, ensuring efficient and value-adding auditing services.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• A successful completion of the training to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Relevant professional experience, ideally within a Big 4 firm, is essential.
• Integrity, respect, and teamwork are your core values and guiding motives.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and the courage to lead are attributes you possess.
• A proficiency in numbers and a desire to expand your experience with modern data analysis methods are vital.
• You value interactions with others and enjoy engaging with clients and future colleagues.
• Comfort in an international environment and fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, are important.
