In this role, you will be integral to the comprehensive implementation of our global Donation and Volunteering strategy, working closely with leadership in Donations & Volunteering. Your efforts will ensure that corporate donations, community involvement, and employee engagement programs are executed effectively and compliant with established governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global, regional, and local employee giving, matching, and volunteering programs aligned with local resources and policies.
• Implement and manage the infrastructure of global programs, including technology platforms and compliance controls.
• Onboard eligible beneficiaries into program platforms, ensuring adherence to due diligence and compliance standards.
• Support the execution of the corporate donation strategy aligned with global philanthropy initiatives.
• Foster established relationships with reputable organizations and NGOs.
• Assist in managing budgets related to donations and volunteering operations.
• Drive initiatives in accordance with governance models and policies outlined by leadership.
• Assess employee participation and impact metrics as defined by our evaluation frameworks.
• Utilize feedback and data insights to enhance programs and employee experiences.

Essential Qualifications

• A degree in International Development, Public/Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, HR, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or related sectors.
• A proven track record of managing employee engagement or giving initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with NGOs or social partners.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in corporate philanthropy and public affairs.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple regions or large organizations.
• Comfort with operating within established governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and operational processes.
