Responsibilities
Provide administrative support in personnel management processes by collaborating with HR assistants on tasks such as:
- Drafting correspondence
- Verifying employee compensation packages
- Updating dashboards
- Organizing meetings and seminars for the HR unit
- Managing accident declarations
Offer administrative assistance in the recruitment process.
Contribute to the management of work time and absences within the service by performing data entry and audits in the management tool, as well as providing guidance to employees in this area.
Regularly manage and update the HR intranet page according to given instructions.
Qualifications
- CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification.
- HR management certificate or other HR-related training preferred.
- Initial experience in human resources (including internships).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Collaborative and supportive mindset.
- Attention to detail, precision, and stress management capabilities.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Good writing skills and familiarity with standard IT tools.
