Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will engage in a variety of essential tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. These responsibilities include:

• Organizing, developing, and improving food and beverage operational processes.
• Supporting the hiring process for the restaurant team, which includes conducting job interviews and providing feedback during trial periods.
• Managing a team of approximately 10 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions to foster a collaborative environment.
• Creating memorable, lasting, and individualized experiences for guests.
• Ensuring that the restaurant is maintained to the highest standards to provide an exceptional ambiance for guests.
• Taking responsibility throughout all operational processes to uphold quality and efficiency.
• Providing personalized services tailored to meet the unique needs of each guest.
• Ensuring timely resolutions of guest challenges through independent problem-solving.
• Coordinating team members effectively throughout the operational workflow.
• Checking in with dining guests to inquire about food quality and service satisfaction.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Managing work schedules for restaurant team members to optimize performance and service delivery.
