Role Overview

Join a dedicated team focused on helping multinational companies navigate global challenges. As part of our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will play a crucial role in providing targeted advice and strategies for running Global Mobility programs effectively while overseeing the management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate global tax compliance services, directly liaising with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Review and sign US individual income tax returns for US residents and non-residents, encompassing various tax forms.
• Supervise tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations while leading tasks related to Global Mobility program delivery.
• Ensure high-quality work from junior team members and oversee task completion.
• Implement International Assignment Policies and maintain consistent global tax treatment of compensation items.
• Advise clients on tax, social security implications, and global employment issues such as tax residency and double taxation avoidance.

Who We Seek

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• 5+ years of US tax experience and relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA).
• Experience in global mobility or at a Big Four firm is advantageous.
• A proactive, systematic approach to working in project teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
