Are you passionate about growing markets, developing people, and leading sales success? In this role, you will play a key part in driving profitable growth by leading and coaching Customer Relationship Managers, expanding customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with regional sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent commercial execution and sustainable business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Relationship Managers to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Manage and grow strategic customer relationships, supporting complex sales opportunities, negotiations, and solution development.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market trends to drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Ensure sales excellence through effective cross-functional collaboration and high-quality CRM data and reporting.

Required Skills

• Proven success in technical B2B sales, account management, or business development within relevant industries.
• Experience in a customer-facing commercial role, such as Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
• Technical know-how in food processing and industrial processing technologies.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
