Your Mission
This position encompasses course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and representation within global aviation groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee course planning, administration, and continuous monitoring of student performance.
- Ensure all course content complies with regulatory requirements.
- Create, design, and deliver training materials for classroom and simulation environments.
- Provide support for training development to colleagues and other departments as needed.
- Act as a representative for Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups, and teams, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance during these interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: An ATCO license compliant with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred; differences training for license conversion will be provided for suitable candidates holding an ICAO-issued ATCO license.
- Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; a Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style based on context and stakeholders while actively engaging through relevant questions and listening.
- Commitment to teamwork, engaging with diverse team members, and contributing valuable information, ideas, and insights during interactions.
- Level 4 or higher English Language Proficiency (ELP).
