Your Role
Your mission encompasses a range of important responsibilities including course management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing our organization in various aviation groups on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance.
- Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments.
- Provide support for training development for colleagues and other departments as needed.
- Act as a representative at international working groups, project teams, and necessary interactions while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS); additional validations preferred. Note: While an ATCO license per Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, we provide differences training for ICAO issued ATCO licenses for suitable candidates.
- Possession of an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, adapting style to context and engaging stakeholders through insightful questions and active listening.
- Strong teamwork abilities, contributing information, ideas, and insights in diverse team interactions.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
