Key Responsibilities
- Disassembly and assembly of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
- Perform replacement, repair, and inspections on aircraft engines and modules.
- Measure control of the assemblies in the mounted condition.
- Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
- Preparation and performance of Field Assistance Support at any location in the world.
- Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
- General routine activities for tooling, equipment, and tidiness within the QTS organization.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice to perform Field Assistance Support at any location is essential.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- English language proficiency (minimum B2 level); German language skills are advantageous.
