Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Problems Deeply: Engage with clients and domain experts to ask insightful questions, map out issues, and challenge existing assumptions.
• Build Fast, Build Well: Prototype solutions quickly and transition them into robust, production-ready systems, integrating modern software engineering with advanced AI tooling.
• Ship End-to-End: Take ownership of your work from architecture through to testing, deployment, and observability in cloud environments utilizing contemporary engineering practices.
• Shape How We Work: Influence the technical direction of the organization and contribute to the development of our AI engineering playbook, frameworks, and internal tools.

Your Profile

While specific technical expertise is valuable, we prioritize how you approach problems and your desire to learn. You may be a fitting candidate if you have:

• Several years of experience in professional software engineering and a solid track record of delivering systems to users.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, including containers, CI/CD, and at least one major cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks or a proven ability to quickly master new technical domains.
• The capability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and convert their challenges into functional software solutions.
• A strong inclination towards delivering results promptly.

Preferred qualifications include experience in life sciences, pharma, supply chain, or finance as well as knowledge of knowledge graphs, RAG systems, or LLM observability.
