Opportunity for AI Consultancy and Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join an international client's team as they embark on an exciting technology initiative. The role involves the conception and development of advanced AI agents, with a focus on enhancing ITSM capabilities through ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an AI agent (GenAI) to create User Story agents in ServiceNow.
• Analyze incidents through AI methodologies to optimize incident management processes.
• Provide best practice AI advice and engage in Python development for API integration.
• Establish a governance framework that can be applied to new service requests.
• Oversee the entire process from concept development to implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in GenAI project development.
• Proficient in Python development with a track record of building solutions from the ground up.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, including experience with API integration.
• Experience in generating AI User Story agents and service request agents.
• Strong project background with Azure platforms.
• Technical design experience alongside development skills.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
