AI Consultant/Developer - 3 Months - 100% Remote - Start ASAP

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled professional in the realm of artificial intelligence consulting and development. Our distinguished international client is seeking an individual to lead the development of an advanced AI agent within the ServiceNow environment, specifically focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), incident management, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Conception and development of AI agents, particularly Generative AI (GenAI).
• Build user story agents in ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, incident management, and service requests.
• Create an AI agent designed to analyze incidents effectively.
• Provide best practice AI advice and support for Python development and API integration.
• Develop and maintain a governance framework concept applicable to various service requests.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive project experience with Generative AI.
• Proficient in Python development with a solid background in building solutions and concepts from scratch.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, including API integration (project experience preferred).
• Experience in creating AI user story agents and agents for service requests.
• Strong project experience with Azure platforms and robust API expertise.
• Skilled in both technical design and development processes.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication abilities.
