We are seeking a passionate individual ready to take on new challenges in the field of aeronautical engineering. Become part of our dedicated Industrial Services team and contribute to innovative projects that shape the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design mechanical principles and system architecture during the initial project phase.
  • Define mechanical interfaces with suppliers, ensuring proper support and follow-up.
  • Distribute and prioritize tasks among project staff based on available manpower capacity, staff skills, and task constraints.
  • Develop engineering 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical parts, assemblies, and installation according to established design rules and project requirements.
  • Motivate and guide the team to meet goals relating to schedule, quality, and cost.
  • Use a design-to-weight and design-to-cost approach aligned with project requirements.
  • Proactively address risk items, identify project roadblocks, and bridge gaps between activities performed and customer expectations.
  • Handle revisions on 3D Parts, assembly drawings, and installation documentation.
  • Prepare, check, and release certification and compliance documentation, participating in tests and preparing reports when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
  • Several years of experience in mechanical engineering and management.
  • Proficient in CAE & CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Catia V5, Siemens NX, TeamCenter) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
