Your Responsibilities

• Design mechanical principles and system architecture during project planning phases.
• Define and ensure proper mechanical interfaces with suppliers while providing adequate support and oversight.
• Distribute and prioritize tasks among project staff based on available capacity, skills, and constraints.
• Create engineering 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical components and assemblies, adhering to necessary design rules and guidelines.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals related to schedule, quality, and cost.
• Implement design approaches that focus on weight and cost in line with project requirements.
• Quickly address risk items and project roadblocks, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Perform revisions and modifications on 3D parts and related documentation as needed.
• Prepare and verify certification and compliance documentation, participating in relevant tests and preparing corresponding reports.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Several years of experience in mechanical engineering and management.
• Proficiency in CAE & CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Catia V5, Siemens NX, TeamCenter) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written); proficiency in French and/or German is an advantage.
