Your Mission

  • Adsorption Expertise: Collaborate with leading adsorption specialists to enhance our understanding of adsorption phenomena crucial to DAC performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret experimental data, providing insights that aid fellow scientists in integrating adsorption principles into their work.
  • Process Development: Serve as a vital connection between sorbent development and process design engineering. Utilize your comprehensive understanding of technology and system behavior to refine and assess our DAC process, engaging with a range of tools and datasets to inform key technical questions.

Your Story

  • Academic Background: Possess a degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering, ideally with a PhD focusing on adsorption.
  • Execution Mindset: Demonstrate a pragmatic and inquisitive approach to getting tasks done, with proficiency in modern data analysis tools.
  • Communication Skills: Convey complex scientific and engineering concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Language and Travel: Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel occasionally.

Formal Considerations

This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, with a requirement of onsite work at least three days per week. The job title percentage reflects flexibility, allowing candidates to choose between full-time or part-time arrangements based on their needs.
