Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for a research group of approximately 15 members.
- Manage the research group's finances and budget, including oversight of research grants.
- Handle personnel administration, including contracts and related tasks.
- Prepare annual reports and manage general administrative duties.
- Assist with events organized by the research group.
- Conduct correspondence in both English and German.
Your Profile
- Strong background in secretarial work and administration or hold a university degree (e.g., BSc in Business Administration).
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an administrative assistant or secretary.
- Experience in an academic institution, particularly a Swiss university, is highly valued.
- Service-oriented, dynamic, and a strong communicator.
- Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and with precision.
- Enjoyment in collaborating as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and SAP.
- Innovative mindset with a flair for solution-oriented, unbureaucratic approaches.
