Position Overview

Join a dynamic and innovative team that is at the forefront of the international trade industry, particularly in machine tools. We are looking for an experienced professional to maintain financial records and manage HR regulations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role will see you collaborate closely with our management team, playing a vital part in our growth and diversification efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll management.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Compile and present financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to senior management.
  • Conduct periodic audits of financial records to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
  • Oversee HR regulation management, including the establishment of company policies regarding attendance, hiring, and termination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel.
  • Experience in general HR management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English is essential; additional language skills (German or Chinese) are preferred.
  • Accounting diploma is preferred.
