Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocate and Market Thought Leader: Cultivate trusted relationships within the market and provide differentiated expertise to enhance customer and partner experiences.
  • Growth and Transformational Sales Leader: Drive operational excellence and lead the implementation of Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Methodology across industries.
  • People Leader: Develop capabilities for the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring talent pipeline maintenance while fostering an inclusive culture that attracts high-performing teams.
  • Steward of the Business: Provide leadership for segment operations, collaborating with various teams to maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity.
  • Compliance Advocate: Uphold Microsoft’s values and Trust code in all decision-making processes.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Sponsoring transformation initiatives, including impactful coaching programs to enhance AI and business leadership skills across teams.
  • Creating a culture that fosters consumption and drives Azure consumption revenue pipelines.
  • Engaging with market leads to establish a consistent coaching rhythm that empowers teams to improve their performance.
  • Acting as an ambassador for AI transformation, engaging senior decision-makers and reinforcing Microsoft’s strategic goals in key areas.
  • Building credibility through a deep understanding of industry trends and establishing strong strategic partnerships.
  • Encouraging success through empowerment, accountability, and skill development within teams.
  • Utilizing industry expertise to identify new opportunities and navigate regulatory environments effectively.

Your Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields, coupled with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within large organizations.
  • Extensive experience managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to create executive-level materials.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving growth within relevant industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with C-Level executives.
  • Ability to guide organizations through change effectively.
  • Fluency in German and French is an advantageous asset.
