About the Role

We are seeking an individual to elevate business development through comprehensive customer insights. This position emphasizes intricate Core/IMS migrations and interworking, fostering collaboration across functions, managing risks, engaging with executives, and translating data into compelling value narratives. The emphasis lies on maintaining end-to-end customer relationships, aligning strategically, and fostering a results-oriented culture centered on customer intimacy and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and enhance customer relationships through strategic account planning.

  • Identify and manage business risks while executing mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Utilize insight selling techniques to address client needs successfully.
  • Negotiate contracts with a focus on profitability and precision.
  • Oversee commercial management in various business activities.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution among internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated capabilities in customer engagement, specifically within the IT/Telecom sector.
  • Proficient in aligning technical solutions with overarching business objectives.
  • Experience in market analysis and managing business risks effectively.
  • Strong background in insight selling and adept in contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with Core fluency, including dual mode 5GC/EPC and N26, as well as IMS/VoLTE/VoNR & EPS FB.
  • Basic knowledge of Policy/charging (PCF/PCRF) and UDM/HSS.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and storytelling.
  • Ability to demonstrate situational agility and strategic sense-making.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong emphasis on a customer-first philosophy.
  • A passion for addressing complex challenges and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within enterprise environments.
