Your Role

Curiosity and proactivity are essential as you strive to create a positive impact for clients. Among your responsibilities, you will:

  • Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience.
  • Assist with administrative, risk, legal, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Manage daily business in UHNW client servicing while providing high-quality service.
  • Act as the point of entry for processing client orders, including stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits.
  • Serve as the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for clients.
  • Handle daily client transactions along with inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes such as account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC, and due diligence.
  • Support client advisors during their business trips and assist in preparing for client meetings.

Your Team

This potential role will be within the Client Service Team (CST) UHNW APAC Switzerland team, located in Zurich. As a member, you will play a critical part in delivering bespoke client services. Together, our efforts will help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients through strong partnerships at every stage of their journey.

Your Expertise

The ideal candidate will bring a background in financial services, ideally within a client-facing team, or possess relevant commercial experience in the financial services industry. Key attributes include:

  • Unyielding attention to detail, even in high-pressure situations.
  • A collaborative team player who remains composed while managing conflicting priorities.
  • The ability to work with discretion and tact, adapting to changing demands.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
