We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to play a vital role in our Nautical Team, where we prioritize safety, innovation, and teamwork in the luxurious river cruise experience we offer our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigating the ship in accordance with company guidelines and safety regulations.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew on board.
• Maintaining our ships during and outside of the cruising season.
• Professionally managing the Nautical Team.
• Facilitating communication with the Hotel Manager and Cruise Manager on board.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience in a similar role within the Rhine-Main-Danube area.
• Familiarity with Z-Drive systems (not mandatory).
• At least a license for the Rhine until Mainz and/or Danube.
• Innovative, flexible, and proactive leadership skills complemented by a strong team spirit.
• Fluent communication skills in German and/or English.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A willingness to learn and grow in the position.
