Join Our Nautical Team

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises operates a fleet of eleven intimate, boutique river cruise ships navigating the beautiful European waterways, exclusively serving English-speaking clients. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to contribute to our Nautical Team.

Your Responsibilities

• Navigating the ship in compliance with company guidelines and safety regulations.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew on board.
• Maintaining our ships throughout the operational season and during winter.
• Professionally managing the Nautical Team.
• Facilitating communication with the Hotel Manager and Cruise Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role on the Rhine-Main-Danube route.
• Familiarity with Z-Drive systems (not mandatory).
• Possession of a license for the Rhine up to Mainz and/or the Danube.
• Innovative, flexible, and proactive leadership qualities as well as being a dedicated team player.
• Fluent communication skills in German and/or English.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
