Visual Designer

Join Our Creative Team in Zurich

We’re seeking a talented visual designer to collaborate with our in-house creative and marketing team in Zurich, Switzerland. This role will support the EF High School Exchange Year program, designed to encourage high school students and their families to embrace transformative experiences abroad.

Your Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse design projects that appeal to various cultures and audiences. Your creativity will span multiple channels—from eye-catching social media ads to sophisticated landing pages and premium print materials.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of relevant design experience (agency, in-house, freelance)
• Educational background in graphic design or visual communication, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• A strong understanding of design as a means of communication and sales
• Passion for detail, including typography and campaign strategy
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a commitment to teamwork
• Creative thinker who embraces both big ideas and the necessary production work
