UX Designer – Graphic Design / Visual Communication 100%

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team, responsible for developing comprehensive graphic concepts. You will create illustrations, icons, color systems, and typography for complex layouts while ensuring visual consistency across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop graphic concepts that include illustrations, icons, and typography, tailored for complex layouts.
• Create and refine vector graphics (SVG) utilizing Illustrator and Figma for our symbol library.
• Modernize and maintain an in-house graphics and symbol database to ensure UI consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Front-end, Back-end, and System Engineering teams, as well as external stakeholders and military experts to define requirements.
• Build complex, logic-based prototypes using ProtoPie or similar no-code tools.
• Design wireframes, user flows, and navigation architectures to enhance user experience.
• Contribute to usability testing for both mobile and stationary environments, ensuring designs meet technical norms and industry standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong emphasis on illustration, icon design, and layout.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator; ability to work on both macOS and Windows platforms.
• Strong understanding of complex technical UIs, cockpit structures, or dashboard architectures.
• Experience with advanced high-fidelity prototyping, preferably with ProtoPie.
• A keen eye for precision, comfort with technical details, and the ability to focus on specialized military or industrial requirements.
