Your Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will work under the guidance of our Site Coordinator to implement and oversee a new transport system. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and developing our school transport management system (Vectare/SchoolsBuddy).
  • Serving as the main point of communication for parents, students, and staff.
  • Supervising the transport fleet and ensuring vehicles remain compliant.
  • Monitoring compliance with transport legislation.
  • Managing tachographs and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with the Site Coordinator and administrative teams.
  • Coordinating schedules and daily routes with the driver team.
  • Acting as point of contact and support for drivers regarding operational issues.

Profile Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A D1 driving license, up-to-date OACP, and driver qualification card (a major asset).
  • Strong experience and knowledge of transportation regulations and practices.
  • Experience or a strong interest in project coordination (an asset).
  • Good command of both French and English.
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours (including split shifts).
  • Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, discretion, and reliability.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency with standard IT tools.
  • A valid work permit and clean criminal record extracts.
