Role Overview

The individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all testing activities within the programme. This position ensures the quality of end-to-end business processes across multiple Business Units and application system interfaces, with a focus on ensuring testing readiness for a successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall test strategy, including testing processes, governance, and quality standards.
• Plan and manage the complete testing lifecycle, which encompasses SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression, and Smoke Testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional end-to-end testing to ensure comprehensive coverage of business-critical processes.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, resource planning, and test environment coordination.
• Manage the defect management process, including prioritization, tracking, and coordination of defect resolution.
• Prepare test status reports, KPIs, and risk assessments, providing input for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product Management, Development, QA, and other internal and external stakeholders.
