TemenosTransact-T24 Business Analyst (Private Banking Domain)

Position Overview

This role requires extensive experience in business analysis within the core banking domain, particularly focusing on Private Banking and its associated products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various financial products and have hands-on experience with Temenos Transact-T24.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions within the core banking environment and its related applications.
• Document requirements and functional specifications, including data mapping, migration, reporting, and user guides.
• Propose innovative and scalable solutions while minimizing operational and delivery risks.
• Lead and coordinate requirement analysis, system enhancement, and solution design for core banking projects.
• Act as a liaison between business users, internal teams, and vendors throughout project management phases including development, testing, migration, user training, and production releases.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT business analysis, system engineering, and support.
• Strong expertise in Core Banking with a focus on Private Banking.
• Hands-on experience with Credit Products, Derivatives, and Securities.
• Familiarity with Temenos Transact-T24 modules such as Arrangement Architecture, Guarantees, Securities, Derivatives, and Structured Products.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM and KANBAN.

• Project management skills with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.
• Experience in stakeholder management to clarify requirements and conduct impact analysis.
• Diligent documentation practices for change logs and project statuses, ensuring clear escalation to project leads.
• Support for the end-to-end implementation of system changes to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

The working arrangement is hybrid remote, allowing for flexibility with three days onsite and two days remote each week.
