We are seeking a highly skilled individual to collaborate with an international client in the IT Infrastructure sector. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the development and refinement of essential technical documents, including target operating models and disaster recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical writer, providing support to the Infrastructure team in creating, amending, and replacing technical documents.
• Compose high-quality technical documents, focusing on target operating models and disaster recovery plans.
• Develop new technical project templates and update or replace existing ones.
• Organize documentation within shared systems for easy access and efficiency.
• Define the source for storing documentation and enhance current storage methods and strategies.
• Review and ensure accessibility of documents and templates for the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience as a technical writer in the IT field.
• Proficient in crafting technical documents related to infrastructure and IT.
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and JIRA.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow and the Office365 suite, with exceptional skills in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CoPilot and Atlassian is advantageous.
• A background in utilizing AI tools for process automation in document creation is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.

Project Details

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: Initial contract until the end of the year, with a potential extension of 6-12 months.
• Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week
• Location: Fully remote
