Role Overview

This position entails leading a dynamic team across various disciplines, including brand management, design, digital marketing, technical writing, and multimedia production. Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing communication strategies that align with overarching business objectives and established KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and drive collaboration within the team to create impactful content and marketing assets for product campaigns and digital channels.
  • Define and oversee digital marketing initiatives such as website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, ensuring performance analytics guide continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns focusing on brand awareness and lead generation across digital, print, video, and events.
  • Work closely with Hamilton US to align on global initiatives, tools, and shared marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate across the Robotics Business Unit, partnering with product management, sales, and leadership to drive innovation and market growth.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing activities.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach, including travel to meet stakeholders in EMEA and attend relevant events, with expected travel time of 5-10%.
  • Maintain a strategic presence in Bonaduz, with flexibility to work from home up to 20% after successful onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally in technology, life sciences, or robotics sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, product marketing, and campaign development.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging messaging.
  • Proficient in the use of marketing automation, CRM, project management, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
