Key Responsibilities

• Act as the line manager and technical lead for the gas turbine control system engineering and execution team.
• Oversee the development and engineering of gas turbine control system hardware.
• Specify gas turbine monitoring systems and field instruments, along with designing instrumentation and control field loops.
• Integrate and document gas turbine protection requirements and safety instrumented systems in line with applicable codes and standards.
• Configure and execute the gas turbine control system scope within customer projects, adhering to contractual requirements.
• Interface and coordinate with project management teams.
• Support erection and commissioning activities, both in the back office and on customer sites.
• Define and optimize technical guidelines and engineering and execution processes.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced degree in electrical or automation engineering or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the design and execution of automation systems within power or process plant engineering.
• Familiarity with design directives and codes and standards related to automation, instrumentation, controls, and functional safety.
• A strong commitment to delivering solutions and results that meet quality, time, and cost targets.
• At least 2 years of experience in a line management role with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German and Italian is advantageous.
