Your Profile

In the stunning Swiss Alps, you’ll have the unique opportunity to teach Geography in an environment that continuously inspires learning. Your role will involve connecting academic concepts with real-world experiences, such as encouraging younger students to explore climate change issues or assisting Year 13 IB students with their glacier survey internal assessments. You will nurture curiosity, understanding, and skills that extend beyond the classroom.

This full-time, permanent position starting in October 2025 invites you to contribute to our vibrant school community, participating in both classroom activities and our extensive co-curricular programs. Education here transcends the classroom, embracing a holistic learning philosophy in a community that values relationships and outdoor exploration alongside academic achievement.

As part of a dynamic and collaborative Humanities department, creativity and curiosity are welcomed. The role may include teaching our Integrated Humanities course for Years 7 to 11, and familiarity with IB Environmental Systems and Societies would be advantageous.

We seek a qualified educator fluent in English, ideally with a background in the IBDP, who has experience working with a diverse student population. Strong communication skills, confidence with digital tools, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships with students, colleagues, and families are essential.

Your organized, enthusiastic approach, alongside a good sense of humor and willingness to engage fully in school life, will be vital. Whether leading parent-teacher meetings, climbing mountains, or cheering on students in various events, you will see every moment as an opportunity for learning and growth.
