About the Company

ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems capable of handling payloads of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems suitable for various mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.

Your Role

In this position, you will play a critical role in defining, analyzing, and managing system requirements for unmanned helicopter projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure all requirements align with project objectives and meet regulatory standards, driving the successful development of our systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clearly define system requirements for unmanned helicopter systems.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet project goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Requirements Management: Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track changes and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, including design, software, and testing, to communicate requirements and ensure effective implementation.
  • Verification and Validation: Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure that system requirements are fulfilled through testing and analysis.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in requirements engineering, applying best practices to enhance processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry; familiarity with flight data analysis is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and excellent technical understanding.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills and high social skills.
