About the Company

ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining, analyzing, and managing the system requirements for our unmanned helicopter projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all requirements align with project objectives and regulatory standards, driving the successful development of our systems.

Main Tasks

  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clearly define system requirements for unmanned helicopter systems.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet project goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Requirements Management: Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track changes and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams—including design, software, and testing—to communicate requirements and ensure effective implementation.
  • Verification and Validation: Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure that system requirements are fulfilled through testing and analysis.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in requirements engineering, applying best practices to enhance processes and workflows.

Desired Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry; familiarity with flight data analysis is advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills and technical understanding with proven experience in data analysis.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, high social skills, and the ability to engage effectively with team members.
