  • Provide transparency on supply chain risks, recovery plans, and any impact to customers to support effective decision-making.
  • Work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve supply capacity and reliability, including the development and implementation of alternative source strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Supplier Management.
  • Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain effective under pressure and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage challenging customer conversations and influence without direct authority.
  • Impeccable command of English and willingness to travel internationally (15-20%).
