Key Responsibilities

• Optimize business processes through technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the ERP SAP S/4HANA implementation to achieve seamless end-to-end transformation for Medium and Low Speed supply chain and production operations.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities, executing a roadmap for simplification and automation.
• Provide KPI reporting and performance analysis across the entire Supply Chain process, including OTD, backorders, inventory, stockouts, and supplier performance.
• Develop analytical models to aid supply chain decision-making and report the financial impacts of these decisions.
• Conduct product optimization by analyzing historical sales and recommending actions regarding product line management.
• Perform ad-hoc evaluations in areas such as factory product optimization, sourcing strategies, procurement lot size, and transport solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Comprehensive experience in Supply Chain Management is essential.
• Prior experience with ERP SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and influencing skills are essential.
• Fluency in English and German.
