Key Responsibilities

• Enhance business processes through technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the ERP SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring the integration of seamless end-to-end transformation for Medium and Low Speed supply chain and production operations.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities, executing the improvement roadmap to drive simplification and automation.
• Provide comprehensive KPI reporting and performance analysis across the entire supply chain process, including on-time delivery (OTD), backorders, inventory management, and supplier performance.
• Use analytical modeling to aid supply chain decision-making, reporting the financial impact of these decisions.
• Conduct modeling of supply chain solutions and perform ad-hoc analyses, including product optimization and recommendations for product line retirements.
• Additional evaluations, such as factory product optimization, sourcing strategies, and logistics solutions.

Required Background

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management is essential.
• Previous experience with ERP SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
