Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a workplace that complies with all Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations and requirements for all employees.
- Uphold quality workmanship in line with applicable regulations and airworthiness standards.
- Optimize staff allocation to maintain high production standards.
- Instruct staff on quality deviations, audit findings, and customer complaints, implementing measures as needed.
- Oversee employee assignments and manage vacation planning according to operational schedules.
- Organize support across various departments to ensure performance through effective tools, equipment, and documentation.
- Manage human resources to guarantee skill availability in response to demand.
- Focus on training and development for employees and the department.
- Execute and advocate for Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to meet organizational targets.
- Manage and enhance related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI).
- Promote a performance-driven culture through structured goal setting and follow-ups with employees.
- Implement performance management processes with a focus on employee motivation.
Your Qualifications
- 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
- Technical education background.
- Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry.
- Proven ability to manage allocated manpower and resources effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to propose solutions to management issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Fluent in verbal and written English (level C1).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach.
- High degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage effectively.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to work in two shifts.
