Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in a large-scale HR transformation initiative. The position requires extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, emphasizing project coordination rather than hands-on configuration. This opportunity involves a flexible work environment primarily based remotely, with occasional travel required to Belgium and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors-related project activities.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective collaboration among HR/business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Support initiatives related to Recruiting and the Recruitment Lifecycle, including RCM and Onboarding.
• Conduct project meetings and provide status reports while ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
• Assist in testing, rollout, and implementation activities.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and project delivery.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Work effectively within complex, international organizations.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.

Engagement Nature

This position is initially contracted for a duration of 8 months, with high potential for extension based on project needs and performance. The role promises a dynamic environment where your contributions will significantly influence the success of the HR transformation journey.
