Your Role

The successful candidate will play an essential role in our Stewarding team, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in our back office areas. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the back office.
• Conducting thorough cleaning in the dishwashing area, kitchen, refrigeration units, and storage rooms.
• Operating dishwashing machinery and efficiently sorting and storing dishes, cutlery, and porcelain.
• Practicing careful handling of materials and a cost-conscious approach to resources.
• Utilizing cleaning products and tools correctly.
• Actively participating in daily operations.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking individuals who have a strong understanding of hygiene regulations (HACCP) and a passion for cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in Stewarding (preferred).
• A self-motivated and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Good physical stamina.
• Proficiency in German; additional languages are a plus.
