Your Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire - Manage, motivate, and develop a skilled team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services.
• Drive Operational Excellence - Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, defect rectifications, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Optimize Resources - Plan and allocate staff, equipment, and infrastructure for peak efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion Safety & Quality - Foster a robust safety culture and uphold uncompromising quality standards.
• Deliver Measurable Results - Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve operational KPIs.
• Innovate & Improve - Utilize LEAN, Continuous Improvement (CI), and 5S methodologies to enhance SQDCP performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in station management or a senior leadership role within aviation maintenance.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and team leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and EASA Part-145 regulations.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities across all stakeholder levels.
• Fluent in English and French (C1) with strong proficiency in MS Office.
