Your Role and Responsibilities

In the role of Software Systems Architect, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customer agreements by providing necessary information to both internal and external customers.
• Maintaining relationships with cooperation partners.
• Implementing product improvements for non-portfolio products.
• Conducting site visits for in-depth product, system, and performance analyses.
• Reviewing findings within the expert's poll.
• Preparing instructions and conducting necessary measurements and analyses on engines in operation, as well as during shop tests or sea trials.
• Implementing sensor integrations, designing control systems, and engaging in product development using NI LabVIEW and NI hardware.
• Conducting model-based design for Marine Diesel and Gas Engine Control Applications.
• Extracting requirements from customer concept documents and drawings.
• Developing functionalities for LNG Injection, exploring multiple gasification concepts.

Qualifications and Experience

The following qualifications will support your success in this role:

• BSc or higher degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Model-in-Loop (MIL) simulation and Hardware-in-Loop (HIL) simulation; please specify your proficiency with these tools in your application.
• Proficiency in creating Unitool packages.
• Strong knowledge of Simulink, LabVIEW, and MATLAB; please detail your expert level in your application.
• Excellent technical communication skills, particularly in report writing.
• Strong self-organization skills to effectively manage internal and external activities.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad on short assignments; please indicate this in your CV.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role and environment.
• Proficient English language skills.
