Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Engine Team and set up and execute the assigned Shop Visit (SV).
- Responsible for all SV relevant deliverables (material, documentation, certification).
- Manage all support function interfaces in the interest of the individual SV while optimizing resources for the engine maintenance portfolio.
- Oversee all required shop visit management process steps and milestones throughout the SV.
- Ensure regular SV progress reporting, including timely and comprehensive escalation to senior leadership as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement by supporting root cause analyses and activities to further optimize the engine service business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and/or Business Administration is desired.
- Proven experience in Product/Project Management (5 years).
- Technical skills, preferably in the field of aircraft engines (GTF) business.
- Significant understanding of MRO related operational maintenance activities (5 years).
- Proven leadership experience in a multi-disciplined and cultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak in front of a group.
- Aptitude for setting precise and realistic targets and driving suitable escalation.
- High level of English is mandatory; a good level of German is desirable.
