Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure a seamless customer journey and enhance our customer database.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Implement visual merchandising and organize both the front and back of the shop.
• Comply with Sessùn's standards and guidelines under the supervision of your shop manager.

Your Profile:

• You are a fashion enthusiast with a creative flair and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in retail, showcasing a strong team spirit.
• Proficient in German, with a minimum B2 language level.
