Engagement in Dynamic Responsibilities

In your role, you will drive and coordinate cross-functional service operations and ERP initiatives within the S/4HANA FLASH Team and the broader Global Service Operations landscape. Your leadership will be pivotal in:

• Managing continuous improvement, localization, and regulatory projects within the global Service Operations S/4HANA environment.
• Supporting cross-functional ERP initiatives, ensuring effective operational integration and adoption.
• Leading the operational rollout and integration of E-Invoicing processes, overseeing collaboration with stakeholders and tracking readiness.
• Identifying improvement opportunities in service processes, driving change requests, and contributing to sustainable optimization.
• Collaborating closely with Global Process Owners and various stakeholders to ensure adherence to global standards.

User Access Management & Governance

You will also take ownership of User Access Management processes, which include:

• Maintaining and enhancing UAM processes for the Service SAP S/4HANA landscape in compliance with procedures and security policies.
• Coordinating user role governance and timely resolution of access issues across the Service organization.
• Overseeing a world-class test management framework that includes user acceptance and regression testing.
• Driving remediation actions based on audit findings and operational feedback, while continuously identifying improvement opportunities.

Your Qualification Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven project management and operational excellence experience, preferably with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA ERP knowledge, particularly in SD, PS, and EPPM, with additional knowledge of Microsoft CRM as a plus.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA User Access Management, including role design and access governance implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, an independent work ethic, and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and strong communication skills. International experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English (C1 or above), with German language skills beneficial.
• A willingness to travel internationally (approximately 5-10%).
