Key Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve guests in a cheerful, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed established objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables throughout service.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
• Prepare tables settings that align with our brand standards, guaranteeing readiness for guest arrival.
• Collaborate effectively with your Talent Coach to address various service requests.

Ideal Profile

• Outgoing, cheerful, sociable, attentive, and passionate about service.
• Proficient in both French and English.
• Enjoy working within a diverse and dynamic international team.
• Exude excellent personal presentation, reflecting the W brand image.
• Possess relevant qualifications (BAC PRO, CFC, BTS in Hospitality) or two years of experience in a similar role.
• Highly motivated with a genuine interest in the realms of taste, sound, body, and performance.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering memorable experiences for guests.
