Role Overview

As a pivotal contributor to global internal marketing initiatives, you will engage with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing programs that align with strategic priorities and growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include fostering connections and engagement among marketing teams worldwide while ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery of programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development & Management:
  • Plan and deliver a calendar of virtual internal events, ensuring timely program updates.
  • Drive the strategic direction and ongoing enhancement of the Global Marketing Community portal, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs that align with business objectives and meet the needs of target audiences.
  • Employ best-in-class project management practices to execute strategic goals and ensure timely task completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
  • Define and optimize marketing processes, utilizing appropriate tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide regular communication updates, sharing best practices and aligning with global priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of international experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and virtual collaboration platforms; familiarity with digital and email marketing tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an international, matrixed organization.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills are required.

Contract Duration

This opportunity is offered as a fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.
