Your Purpose and Responsibilities

Collaborating with a group of innovation engineers, you will translate and develop creative ideas into scalable manufacturing technologies and machinery.

  • Utilize your interdisciplinary mechanical and process engineering expertise to create innovative manufacturing solutions.
  • Explore and implement concepts inspired by other industries to revolutionize sports goods manufacturing.
  • Work flexibly and independently on challenging projects, from initial concept through practical application and scale-up.
  • Pursue continuous innovation aimed at pushing boundaries in materials, technology, and processes while maintaining a strategic vision.

Your Background and Skills

  • A passion for process and product development, coupled with robotics expertise.
  • A proven track record in successfully completing projects that demonstrate your ability to build machines, automate processes, or similar impressive achievements.
  • Advanced knowledge in applied mechanical engineering, including CAD and automation such as PLC programming, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of polymers and processing techniques, with a bonus for extrusion experience.
  • Experience with industrial multi-axis robots.
  • An innovative mindset with a drive for advancing product and process engineering boundaries.
  • Over three years of engineering experience in the tech industry.
  • Proficient in managing external development stakeholders for the development and scaling of new manufacturing technologies, with flexibility and a willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects under deadlines, requiring both innovative thinking and engineering problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a comfort in adapting your style for collaboration with engineers, designers, product experts, and cross-functional teams.
