Your Story

• Minimum of 5 years of footwear-specific experience, particularly in innovation projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in traditional footwear manufacturing processes.
• Ability to identify design issues with practical solutions to enhance product functionality.
• Strong background in material testing and a comfort with chemistry related to material creation.
